Plug your Trezor® Model One or Model T into your computer using the USB cable. Trezor Suite will automatically detect it and walk you through the login process using your PIN and optional passphrase.
If you're setting up for the first time, you'll be prompted to generate a new wallet and save your 12–24 word recovery seed. If you're restoring, you can use your recovery phrase to regain access to your wallet.
